Sant Aniol’s water has filtrated over thousands of years through volcanic rocks in Garrotxa Natural Park and is the only one from volcanic origin in the Iberian Peninsula. Its composition is rich in minerals.

The layers of rock creating this volcanic purity;

* Humus Substratum of plants made from organic elements.
* Andesite An igneous rock that has a mineral composition rich in elements like calcium or magnesium.
* Puzzolana Layer of silicon materials that creates a natural filter for liquids because of its high porosity.

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

Sant Aniol’s water presents a balanced mineral composition. The combination of its elements helps to purify our bodies.

It also helps to prevent urinary tract infections as well as to reduce uric acid and cholesterol.

* Bicarbonate (349 mg/l) It helps to activate the digestive function.
* Sodium (6.4 mg/l) It reduces hypertension.
